Modern Beauty

This deck was bare bones when I was introduced to it. After two weeks the soffit and facia were finished, followed by some extra framing. The entire deck was trimmed out with Versatex as well as having screens and a screen door installed. The tongue and groove ceiling was installed and seal coated along with the existing siding being finished!

Full Replacement and Down Size

The original deck you see in the photos was collapsing terribly. The entire deck was safely torn down followed by a comfortably sized brand new deck. As over 15 years of constant exposure to the sun takes toll on the original siding, the brand new siding installed is the exact match to the original!

Short & Sweet

Once a thick, dirty concrete slab. Now a beautiful small entry deck! The old slab of concrete that was the original entry way to the front door was still standing strong, but sore on the eyes. After digging out 18 inches of soil and compacting 18 inches of drainage rock, I was able to frame and finish this 6x8 deck! As it is small, the entrance to the deck is larger than the front door to accommodate for furniture and utilities, as well as a small seating area to enjoy the weather.

This deck was framed up with hog fencing used as the balusters!

Stair Replacement and Decking

Stair Replacement and Decking

When I went to demo the original staircase here, it simply lifted right off of the deck. The owner originally just wanted to replace the steps and some deck boards but after realizing how badly in shape the stairs were I went ahead and rebuilt them!

Full Deck Makeover

This deck got a fresh makeover with new decking and railings. A separation railing was also added down the center for both tenants to enjoy there portion!

Stair and Railing Replacement

Stair and Railing Replacement

Both sets of stairs on this deck were replaced as well as all the handrails! New posts were added for the vinyl handrails with new stairs cut for a safer and more comfortable step.

Deck Reattachment

Deck Reattachment

You may recognize this house from the siding projects! This is the deck that allowed water intrusion and rotted out behind the old ledger board. Before I even arrived to do the siding, the deck had been supported by lumber and cut off from the house. A new deck is expected in the future so I simply reattached it to the house once the siding was done!
